Robert’s Obituary CUMBERLAND SLOSEK, Robert E., 83, of Cumberland passed away Thursday, April 23, 2020 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of the late Barbara E. (McKenney) Slosek. Born in Central Falls, he was the son of the late Michael and Julia (Kosinski) Slosek. He resided in Cumberland for most of his life. Mr. Slosek was employed as a service manager for the McKee Oil Company in Cumberland for over 30 years, until his retirement. He was an avid coin collector, enjoyed billiards and bowling, but most of all enjoyed spending time with his family. He leaves his two daughters, Cheryl Slosek her companion Mario Silva of Cumberland and Dori Letourneau and her husband Wayne of Cumberland; his grandchildren, Tara Crawford, Allison Crawford and Amanda Silva; his four great-grandchildren, Anthony, Noah, Benjamin and Harper. He was the father of the late Michael Slosek, grandfather of the late Jaime Helton and brother of the late Joseph Slosek and Wanda Rogala. Funeral services will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, Cumberland.
