Obituary of Ralph Martin Moody Ralph Martin Moody, age 59, passed away unexpectedly at home on Monday, April 20, 2020. He was born on January 12, 1961, in Belfast, Maine. He was a resident of Monroe, Maine, where he lived with his companion, Darcie Moody, and their beloved pets. He is survived by his mother Shirley Conroy (Frank); his sister Beckey Colby; and his brother George Moody III. Ralph leaves behind his three Daughters: Jessica Alston (Yauel), Kayla Moody (Todd) and Chelsea Moody (Ryan). Grandchildren: Xavier, Caven, Blythe, Jamison, River, Dean, and Colby. Nephews: Tony, Jared, Scott and Shane. Ralph was preceded in death by his father George Moody, Jr., nephew Martin Young, son Malachi Moody, and sister Linda Moody. Ralph attended Shead High School. He went on to obtain his Associates degree in Culinary Arts at Washington County Vo-Tech and worked as a chef. He loved music and attended hundreds of concerts. He had a passion for nature, guitars, motorcycles, antiques and animal rescue. He enjoyed the outdoors and spent many summers at the Suffolk University, R.S. Friedman Field Station as the head chef.
