Ola Mae Jordan-Hulin, age 89 of Asheboro, passed away on April 20, 2020 at The Randolph Hospice House. Ola Mae was born July 18, 1930 to Gurney Jordan and Bernice Stevens Jordan of the Star, NC. Ola was retired from Sara Lee where she worked as a seamstress. She loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and attended C4 Church until her health prevented her from attending. Ola Mae (Granny) was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was an great cook. We all loved her fried chicken and biscuits. She loved going to the beach with her sister and spending time with her family. In addition to her parents and her brothers Alvie and Bleese Jordan she was preceded in death by her husband Robert Hulin, daughter, Beverly Maness, Son-In- Law Darrell Jordan, and grandson Jonathan Bunting. Ola is survived by one sister Jerri Smith, two brothers, Melvin Jordan, and Marion Jordan, two daughters Patricia Jordan, Pamela (William) Moore, two sons, Randy (Dawn) Dunn, Timmy Dunn, Son-In-Law Dean Maness, twelve grandchildren, Andy and Nicholas Jordan, Jeremy Maness, Melissa Cox, Jennifer Bass, Quinn Dunn, Ethan Dunn, Margaret Dunn, Caleb Dunn, Kealey Dunn , Jordan Bristow, Sophie Dunn, and ten great grandchildren. Due to the restrictions on our group gatherings there will be a graveside service at Oak Lawn Cemetery. A celebration of life service will be planned in the future. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Randolph, 416 Vision Drive, Asheboro, NC.
