Nicky Gene Spears November 12, 1942 – April 28, 2020 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Nicky Gene Spears, age 77, of Pineville, Missouri died at his home April 28, 2020 following a brief illness. He was born November 12th, 1942 to Binom and Nadine (Carter) Spears in Stella, Missouri. Nicky graduated from Center High School in 1961, he served in the US Navy from 1962 until 1966 as an Aviation Electrician. He married his wife of 51 glorious years, Paula Rife, January 6th, 1969. Nicky worked for TWA as a jet engine overhaul mechanic, Teledyne, Sabreliner, and retired from Premier Turbines in 2009. Preceded in death by his parents, brother Tommy Sr. and a nephew Tommy Jr. Survivors include his loving wife, Paula; children, Jeanette Gaylord of Grove, Paul Spears and Mary Landon both of Pineville; grandchildren, Kayla James, Nicolas Spears, Marissa Shaver, Briana Ehlers, Garrett Spears and Twyla Landon; great grandchildren, Raylee Hurlbert, Maliah Gaylord, Maci Ehlers, Boone Shaver; and brother, Randy Spears; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends and relatives. A Celebration of Life will be held at Tracy Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements are by Bella Vista Funeral Home and Crematory. Condolences may be expressed at www.funeralmation.com.
