Obituary Merina Elizabeth Stuart Merina Elizabeth Stuart, age 85, passed away on April 25, 2020. She was born August 18, 1934 to Jerome and Margaret Ward in St.Thomas, Jamaica. Merina was a member of First Baptist Church of Holt. Preceded in death by her husband Darius Stuart. Merina is survived by daughter, Yvonnette; sisters, Vinnette and Daphnie; grandchildren, Tahisia, Sheevonya, Charmayne and Ivory; and great-grandchildren, Karolyn, Arykah, Brandun, Nysia and Ava. Due to the Corona virus and the state of conditions we are in, the family will hold a private family service on Saturday. Arrangements are entrusted to Whitehurst Powell Funeral Home in Crestview.
