Meghann Maris Gaines, 37, passed unexpectedly on April 18, 2020 at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. Meghann – the beautiful light in everyone’s life; loving wife to Freddie; absolutely the most caring and giving mother to her children that meant the world to her – Maggie, Lunden and Freddie Lee; fun-loving sister to Sarah Cutchen (and her husband Clay); sweet daughter of Howard and Jeanne Armstrong; wonderful niece to Jay and Jenny Scott who had the honor of raising Meghann; fun and caring niece to John Scott; honored stepmother to Francesca and Jasmine; and the best friend to so many and the fun, free spirited friend to countless others . . . has left this world far too soon. In light of the health and safety concerns in our Country at this time, a private family gathering will take place on Saturday, April 25, 2020. A full Celebration of Life will take place at a later date when it is once again safe for social gatherings. This site will be updated with information as it becomes available.
