(Sullivan) Corbett 75 of Spotswood died Monday April 6th at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge. Born on Staten Island, NY, Mrs. Corbett lived in Jamesburg for many years before moving to Spotswood in 2009. She was employed for over 20 years as a receptionist at the Applegarth Care Center, Monroe Township, retiring in 2003. Mrs. Corbett enjoyed watching soap operas and football, especially the NY Giants and Dallas Cowboys, going for walks and spending time and eating out with her friends. She was predeceased by her husband Robert J. Corbett in 1989. Surviving are her two sons Brian J. Corbett and his wife Rachel Weiss of Monroe Township and Robert M. Corbett of Monroe Township, her grandson Jacob Weiss, her best friends Doris Keiffer and Eileen Emens and her nieces Laura and Karen. Funeral services will be private with burial at St. James Cemetery, Monroe Township. In lieu of flowers, donations in the name of Mrs. Corbett may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital Foundation at www.stjude.org.
