Obituary I will lift up mine eyes to the hills from whence cometh my help… Our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend Mary Maggie Lee Riddick Stokley, was escorted to Heaven on the wings of angels on Monday, April 27, 2020. She transitioned from this life at the Elizabeth City Health and Rehabilitation Center leaving behind a legacy of 94 loving years. Celebration of Life for Mother Stokley will take place on Saturday, May 2, 2020 at Melton Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Winfall, NC with Rev. Alvin J. Boone, Sr., officiating. Interment will take place in the church cemetery. Due to COVID-19, the attendance is limited to 50 people and we encourage you to make contact with a family member on your attendance at the service. The service will be LIVE STREAMED on Saturday from this obituary link at the bottom. Please leave a kind word of condolence to the family.
