Lorraine Juliet Wong, age 61, of Kepner Street, Buckhannon, died Tuesday, March 31, 2020, at River Oaks in Clarksburg. She was born on November 5, 1958, in Buckhannon, a daughter of the late Delbert Lane and Bertha June Casto. On November 14, 2011, she was united in marriage to Stanley Cogar who survives. Also surviving are one daughter, Juliet and husband Jimmy Hall of Walkersville; two stepchildren: Jeremy Cogar and wife Wanda and Ashley Cogar, both of Buckhannon; seven grandchildren: Taylor and Riley Hall, Aaliyah Robinson, Alexis and Lilly Ann Cogar, and Cheyenne and Destinee Thomas; two brothers: Lonnie Casto and wife Connie of Diana, WV and Erwin Casto and wife Ellen of Winchester, VA; and two sisters: Barbara and husband Mac McKinney of Roanoke, VA and Reta Evans of Sutton. Mrs. Wong was a veteran of the US Army and loved travelling with friends, quilting, and spending time with her grandchildren. A private graveside service will be held at the V and L Cemetery in Webster County, where Pastor Chris Cosner will officiate and the Upshur County Honor Guard will complete military rites.
