Obituary Leslie Lynn Moats, 59 of Grafton formerly of Elkton, VA passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2020 at her sister’s home, Monica McNemar, with her loving family by her side. She was born in Grafton, August 10, 1960, daughter of the late Blair E. and Dorothy Boggess Mullan. She is survived by two sons, Nicholas Scott Mullan of Staunton, VA and David Lee Moats of Elkton, VA; Ten grandchildren, Mikila, Mia, Nicholas “Bubby” Jr., Kalika, Dorothy Belle, Arden, Sawyer, David Jr., Sadie, and Lexus. She was the youngest of 12 children; being also survived by two brothers, Roy (Joyce) Mullan of Mooreland, OK and Warren Lee Mullan of Flemington; Five sisters, Barbara (Charles) Lamach of Huntington, Monica (Earl) McNemar of Grafton, Shelia (William) Ward of Fairmont, Joyce Clark of Grafton, and Jessie Jenkins of Seabreeze, OH; and by several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one sister, Donna Helmick; and by three brothers, Stanley Kevin (Pete) Mullan, Randall Ray Mullan and Clifford B. Mullan; and by a special niece, Donna Carol Hensley. She graduated from Flemington High School, Class of 1979. She was a protestant by faith. Leslie loved her Children and grandchildren. She enjoyed getting together with her siblings, playing cards, and dancing, to which she was very good at. At her request she will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
