Karen’s Obituary Miss Karen Michelle Lance age 53 of Enotah Village Young Harris passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday April 25, 2020 following an extended illness. Miss Lance was born on January 16, 1967 in Hiawassee, GA., the daughter of Deborah Anderson and Ted lance. Michelle had been a LPN by trade. She was a lifelong resident of Union, Towns and Gilmer Counties. She loved photography, going to concerts and making people laugh. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, grandmother and aunt. She was preceded in death by a brother, Tim Lance and a sister, Kristie Gibbs. Surviving Michelle are three sons, Michael Keys and his fiancée Amanda Lloyd of Blairsville, Chris Keys of Blairsville and Cody Keys of Blairsville, mother and father, Debbie and Ted Lance of Blairsville, one sister and brother in law, Jennifer and Jeff Stewart of Hayesville, four grandchildren, Brantley, Emersyn, Riddick and Jaylynn, her aunt, Beverly Brown, nieces and nephews are, Kayla, Jacqueline, Jeremy, Brianna, Damon and Jackson, many other relatives and friends also survive. A memorial service will be held at a later date and will be announced. Interment will follow in the Owltown Church of God Cemetery.
