Judith Ann Lay Keath August 08, 1946 – April 28, 2020 Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Judith Ann Lay Keath, 73, of Mt. Sterling passed away Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at St. Joseph Mt. Sterling. She was born August 8, 1946 to the late James Reo and Lucille Walton Lay. She was a member of Camargo Church of God, she loved all church activities and spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, Bill Keath of Mt. Sterling, KY; one son, Stephen Keath (Cherity) of Winchester, KY; one daughter, Suzanne Keath Garrison (Avon) of Mt. Sterling, KY; four grandchildren, Madison Keath, Taylor Keath, Jacob Keath and Blake Garrison. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers, Bill Lay and Bennie Lay. A private family funeral service will be held with Rev. Aaron Conn, Rev. Glenn Emory and Rev. Lowell Rice officiating. Taul Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements.
