Juanita’s Obituary Mrs. Juanita May Duncan, 75, of Goodman, Missouri, departed this life on Wednesday morning, April 29, 2020, while at Freeman Hospital West in Joplin, Missouri, after a recent battle with cancer. Juanita entered this life on September 3, 1944, in McDonald County, Missouri, daughter of the late Milo and Martha (McGarrah) Raines. She was raised in Goodman and was a 1963 graduate of Goodman High School. She was employed by Hudson/Tyson Foods in Neosho, Missouri, for over twenty years, retiring in 1992. She enjoyed reading and visiting area casinos. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Charles Duncan on March 11, 2009. Juanita is survived by her two daughters, Sheila Noyola and husband, Alfredo and Sandra Alejo both of Goodman; four grandchildren, Joshua, Matthew, Nacoda and Brandon; two great grandchildren, Zachary and Alyssa; a brother, John Raines of Neosho, Missouri; a sister, Jane Barker also of Neosho; as well as a host of other family and friends. Graveside services are 1:00 p.m. Friday, May 1, 2020 at Howard Cemetery in Goodman, Missouri with Pastor Marilyn O’Brien officiating.
