Obituary James Patrick O’Rourke, 33, of Anderson, SC passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 7, 2020. Born January 17, 1987, in Anderson, he was the son of John M. O’Rourke and Nancy Donnelly O’Rourke. James was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy; grandfathers, James C. O’Rourke, and John ‘Jack’ Donnelly; and an uncle, Jackie Donnelly. James was a graduate of the class of 2005 from TL Hanna High School and went on to receive an Associates degree from Tri County Technical College. James enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. In addition to his father, John O’Rourke (Karoline), he is survived by his sisters, Theresa Taylor (Scott), Mary Kate Duncan (Scottie), Erin Colman (Donovan), step-brother Ryan Wilisch; grandmothers, Ruth O’Rourke and Alice Donnelly; nephews, Wyatt Duncan, Luke Taylor, Remi Duncan, and Van Colman; uncle, Brian Donnelly (Debbie), aunts, Mary Alice Kelley (Steve) and Claire Trotter (Larry); cousins, Trey Woodard (Lucinda) and Katelyn Link (Michael) and Cole Kelley. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to FAVOR Anderson, 401 W Whitner St, Anderson, South Carolina 29624.
