Mr. James Duane Frasier, age 78, passed away Sunday, April 19, 2020 in Muskegon. He was born in Newberry, Michigan on December 16, 1941 to Leslie and Irma (Wirta) Frasier. James graduated from Muskegon High School and had worked for Lift-Tech International for 43 years prior to his retirement in 2007. James was a Gold-Member of the Muskegon Recreational Club. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching sports, and spending time with his family. He is survived by his children, Rhonda (Rick Gowell) Baskin and Scott (Adrienne) Frasier; three grandchildren, Tara (Jake) Zimmer, Alex Frasier, and Chad Frasier; three great-grandchildren, Mackenzie, Finley, and Braxton; and one sister, Donna (Burt) Apple. He was preceded in death by his wife, Deloris (Deloria) Frasier; brother, Robert Frasier; and sister, Karen Tuttle. A private family graveside service for James will be held at Forest Home Cemetery in Newberry, Michigan. A Celebration of his life will be announced at a later date when social distancing restrictions are lifted.
