Harold “Rudy”‘s Obituary Harold Kent “Rudy” Rudisill, 70, passed away on April 20, 2020 in a Marietta, Oklahoma hospital. Kent was born September 11, 1949 in Purcell, Oklahoma, the son of the late Harold Isaac and Catherine Edwards Rudisill. Kent grew up in Lexington, Oklahoma graduating in the class of 1968. He spent a semester at East Central University before joining the United States Navy in 1969. After his honorable discharge, Kent returned to the Ardmore area and began his career with Uniroyal in 1973. He retired from Michelin as a wire calender operator. He and the former Betty Lou Hampson were married September 15, 2000 in Lone Grove, Oklahoma, and would have celebrated 20 years of marriage. Kent enjoyed being outdoors, hunting and fishing or riding his Harley. He also enjoyed playing poker and shooting pool. Kent is survived by his wife Betty of the home, son Casey Rudisill and his wife Tracy of Ardmore, his daughter Stephanie Riggs of Springer, OK, sister Gayle Stockdale of Evertown, PA and his brother Jerry Rudisill and his wife Jeanie of Midwest City, OK. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Paige and her husband Eli Mize, Josh Brock, Candice Jones, Asa Rudisill and Bo Rudisill; great grandchildren, Kimber Mize, Kendall, and Reign Jones.
