Franklin “Ralph” Ruelle, age 85 of Rochester Hills, Michigan passed away on April 23, 2020. He was born on June 3, 1934 in Pontiac, Michigan. Beloved Husband of Ilene (maiden Vickers) Ruelle for 38 years. Father of Thomas Ruelle, Deborah Grant, Ralph Ruelle, Joseph Ruelle, Cindy Johnson, Melissa Nichols and Jerrold Ruelle. Step-father of Penny Borts, Kenny Capps and Lonny McKeown. Ralph was a father to many other children who lived under his roof when they needed a home. Guardian of nephew, Noah Vickers. Grandfather of 16 and Great-Grandfather of 12. Preceded in death by 2 sisters and 6 brothers. Uncle of multiple nieces and nephews. Ralph worked in maintenance for the Waterford School District. He retired as the Head Supervisor for Beaver Precision after 28 years. He loved Bowling and Golfing. Going up north to the cottage on Shingle Lake in Lake George, Michigan. Boating on Shingle Lake was a favorite pastime. He loved snowmobiling in Kalkaska, Michigan and kept buying snowmobiles to invite family and friends to join him. Also, he loved classic cars. Services will be private. Burial will be at Van Hoosen Jones Cemetery, Rochester Hills, Michigan.
