Frank Zambo December 28, 1929 – April 17, 2020 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook Frank Zambo, 90, of Edison, passed away, on Friday April 17, 2020, at the JFK Medical Center in Edison. Born in Perth Amboy, he had resided in Edison for the last 53 years. He was a graduate of Perth Amboy High School with the Class of 1947, and received his BS Degree at Rider University. He served in the U.S. Army. He was a retired electronics salesman for various companies throughout his career. He was a member the New Durham Chapel in Piscataway. He was predeceased by his brother, Steve Zambo. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Jean; his daughter, Michele Zampella and her husband, David, of Edison; his two sons, David Zambo and his wife, Amy, of Powell, OH and Michael Zambo of Irvine, CA; four grandchildren: Mackenzie and Jackson Zambo and Walker and Haley Zampella; his brother, Robert Zambo and his sister-in-law, Phyllis, of Monroe, NJ. Due to the Covid-19 crisis, a private funeral will be held under the direction of the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave. Fords, NJ 08863. Burial will be in the Calvary Cemetery in Hopelawn. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to: Chosen People Ministries.
