Obituary Edmund Lamar Green, age 80, of Cumming, GA, went to be with the Lord peacefully Saturday, April 4, 2020. He was born July 22, 1939, to the late Walton and Mary Green. He married his sweetheart, Glenda Gibbs Green, September 23, 1961. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his loving wife, Glenda Green; sisters, Vaudis Green, and Ferrel (Earl) Hines; brothers, W.R. (Betty) Green, Eugene Green, and Eddie Jo Green. He is survived by his son, Eddie (Mary Ann) Green; daughters, Tammy (Sandy) Martin, and Buffy (Thomas) Mims; grandchildren, Heidi (Cody) Sweat, Jonathan (Katie) Baylin, Ashley (Alex) Bagley, Hayden (Jessie) Martin, and Shelley Turpin; great grandchildren, Laura Belle Bagley, Coa Sweat, Clara Bagley, and Cavender Sweat; brother, Loy (Gwen) Green, sister-in-law, Joyce Green, and Linda Green, and a number of nieces and nephews. A private funeral service will be held with Rev. Alex Bagley officiating. In lieu of flowers, your thoughts and prayers are appreciated.
