Obituary Donna S. Costigan, 69, of Danville, passed away Thursday, April 2, 2020. No public services are planned at this time, and she will be laid to rest with her husband at Resurrection Cemetery. Donna was born August 2, 1950 in Danville to George Maurice Lucas and Florence May Meeks. She was a bookkeeper for many years, managed the Holiday Inn in Danville for many years. Along with her husband, they owned the D&F Mobil Gas Station. She later went to get her CNA license, and later retired. She enjoyed bowling, and loved visiting Las Vegas and Tunica, Mississippi. Donna married Stevey Lee Smith on April 12, 1969, he preceded her in 1974. Donna then married Frederick Costigan III on October 4, 1983, he preceded her in 2018. Surviving include a daughter Stephanie Rayburn (Donnie Baker); step-son Ricci Costigan; 7 granddaughters; 2 great-granddaughters; 3 great-grandsons and 1 Great-Grandson on the way; and 1 brother John Lucas. She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands; 2 brothers: George M. Lucas Jr., and Richard G. Lucas.
