Obituary A Private Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Diana Russell Gray of Tampa, Florida who passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2020 was held on Saturday, April 11th, 11:00 a.m. at Aikens Funeral Home, Pastor Mack Brockington, officiating. The interment will be held in Orange Hill Cemetery. Diana was born September 5, 1955 in Graceville, Florida. She was raised in Dade City, Florida and graduated from Pasco Comprehensive High School in 1974. She attended Greater Friendship Missionary Baptist Church. Diana enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Russell; sisters, Gwendolyn McKever and Angela Russell; father-in-law, Charlie “KC” Gray; sister-in-law, Mary Neal. She leaves to cherish her precious memories with her husband, Charles Gray; daughters, Monique Gray and Varsha Grady (James); grandchildren, Kindall Butts, Kavasia Foster and Javario Marshall; mother, Emma Russell; sister, Patricia Brockington (Mack); mother-in-law, Annie Capehart Gray; sisters-in-law, Edith Gray and Dorothy Robinson (Booker T.); a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; cousin/special friend, Jeanette Staten; special friends, Janet Harris and Jessie Daniels. The visitation was held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, April 10th from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. This service was liv streamed and can be viewed at aikensfuneralhome.net.
