Debbie Deann Younger Nov 4, 1965 – Mar 16, 2020 Debbie Deann Younger, 54, of Hagerstown, MD passed away at her home on March 16, 2020. She is the daughter of the late Austin and Thelma Burnett. Debbie attended and graduated from North Hagerstown High School and spent years of devotion to senior citizen nursing care and housekeeping. Debbie was always known to make you laugh and feel good, she always put others before herself and was a great friend to many. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her grandson, Brian Maurice Younger, Jr. Debbie is survived by her three children, Edward Younger, Jr., Brian Younger and Chanel Burnett; her two brothers Austin Burnett, Jr., and Robert Burnett; her grandchildren Malachi Younger, Italia Younger, Bransyn Younger, Asiya Younger and Mehki Eldridge; her grandmother Mary Davis, as well as a host of uncles, aunts and cousins.
