Debbie’s Obituary New Iberia, LA – A Private Graveside Service will be held for Mrs. Debbie Dugas, 55, the former Debbie Degeyter on Wednesday, April 29, 2020, at Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Lee Purdom, officiating. A resident of Broussard, LA she passed at 10:18 A.M. on Wednesday, April 22, 2020, at Iberia Medical Center. She leaves to cherish her memory, two sons, Keith Bourque (Paula Bonin) and Chad Bourque of New Iberia, La; two adopted daughters who she loved as her own, Jennifer Bourque Migues (Wesley) of New Iberia, LA and Heaven Norwood of Rayne, LA; three sisters, Sarah Arceneaux (Russell of Youngsville, LA, Melinda Girourd (Michael) of New Iberia, LA and Karen Degeyter (Connie Vital) of Coteau, LA, a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fabian Dugas; her son, Ned Romero; her father, Cursy Romero and her mother, Rita Bourgue Degeyter.
