David Ray Keeton March 07, 1952 – April 17, 2020 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card David Ray Keeton, 68, of Conroe, passed away, Friday, April 17, 2020 at his home. Memorial services will be held at a later date. David was born March 7, 1952 to William Gene & Inez Pauline Ward Keeton in Granite City, Illinois. David was a fierce protector of his family and was his happiest when he was around them. He loved the Lord with all of his heart, mind and soul and enjoyed sharing his testimony of his salvation. He enjoyed old muscle cars, loved music and being outside in the sun. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gene & Inez Keeton; and brother, Kenneth Leland “Kenny” Keeton. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Vicky Keeton of Conroe; daughters, Denise Keeton Peek and Leslie Keeton; his son-in-law, Jon Peek; brothers, Richard “Rick” Keeton of Houston, Roger Keeton of Houston and Michael Keeton & wife, Michal of Conroe; sisters, Deborah Gumienny & husband, Mike of Katy and Karen Keeton of Houston; grandchildren, Camalee Peek, Nicholas Peek, Dane Doolin and Harley Doolin. Cremation services are under the direction of Stringer & Griffin Funeral Home in Woodville, Texas.
