Obituary OBITUARY FOR CORA BELLE LONG Cora Belle (Lindley) Long was born on November 24, 1923 to Willie Pearl (Blake) Lindley and Rant Benjamin Lindley. She entered into rest on April 14, 2020. Cora Belle graduated from Lookeba High School in 1941. On December 25, 1940 she married Felix Edward Long and to this union 7 children were born. Cora Belle was a true example of love, grace and kindness to her family and to all those who knew her. She was a gentle soul that had a special gift for nurturing children. She opened her home and provided child care for many children of family and friends. She was a homemaker, gardener, and a wonderful cook. She loved family gatherings and would always greet you at the door with a smile on her face. Cora Belle and Felix spent many years attending dances on Friday and Saturday nights at the VWF or American Legion. She loved music and often listened to it while cooking or doing housework. Some of the family’s favorite memories are of her and Felix dancing in the kitchen. Her family has a lifetime of precious memories to hold in their hearts and to share with future generations. Cora Belle was the best wife, mom and grandma that any family could ask for. Cora Belle was preceded in death by her husband Felix, parents Willie and Rant, three brothers Carl, Dee and Bennie Lindley, one sister Elva Hall, two infant children, Ralph Dale and Atinea Joyce and a daughter in-law Glenda Long. Cora Belle is survived by her five children, Darrell Long of Lookeba, OK, Cheryl Tointigh of Mt.View, OK, Kathy Bailey and husband Clendon of Chattanooga, OK, Marty Long and Kristy of Binger, OK, Macy Long and wife Laura, of Binger, OK. Grandchildren, Robbi Flinn and husband Bobby of Mt.View, OK, Danessa Krasser and husband Levi of Chattanooga, OK, Dadrian Long of Yukon, OK, Cody Tointigh of Mt. View, OK, Tina Morrison and husband Tony of Chattanooga, OK, Jarrett Bailey of Lawton, OK, Valyn Tellez and husband Cesar of Everett, WA, Wyatt and Ashley Bowes, Cameron Cowling and Aubree Long of Binger, OK. Great Grandchildren, Kenli and Kenzi Krasser, Kenton, Cale, Erica and Rayden Flinn , Kelly Flinn, Madison Satepeahtaw, Mylee Burch, Tatum Mabry, Kaidence, Kaylee, Brooklyn, Felix Creed, and Cruz Tointigh, Brody and Bentley Morrison, Avalyn Tellez and baby girl Tellez(arriving in Aug.), Kaya Rain, Lorayln Blake, and Jaci Luna Bowes, a very special sister-in-law and friend Juanita Lindley and numerous extended family and friends.
