Obituary Chris Komar, age 60, of Woodstock, passed away Tuesday, April 14, 2020. Mr. Komar was cremated and a Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date. Chris was an Eagle Scout and Scout Master. He loved spending time with his daughter and furbaby, Meeka. He was a humble, giving, kindhearted “gentle giant” who was loved by all. He was preceded in death by his wife, Amy Komar; son, Kyle Howard and father, James Komar. Survivors include his daughter, Emily Komar; mother, Dianne Komar; siblings, Stephanie Hungerford, Adelaide Moreno, Amy West, Bart Komar and Jay Komar; and a host of other relatives and many friends.
