Obituary Coats, NC: Mrs. Charlotte Jean Ferrell Moore, age 83, of Park Lane passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at Gardens of Roseboro in Roseboro, NC. The Moore Family will hold a Celebration of Life service at a later date. Mrs. Moore was born on March 27, 1937 in Harnett County to the late Eugene and Colon Denning Ferrell. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard E. Moore. Mrs. Moore retired from Craven County as a social worker. Surviving include her son, Gene Moore and wife, Sandy of Coats; step-daughters, Shirley Green of Berryville, VA and Judy Ball and husband, Phil of Wilmington, NC; grandchildren, Christen, Lexi, Skyler, and Gracie Moore; several step-grandchildren and great- grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
