I won’t remember getting there. Somehow I’ll just arrive. But I’ll know that I belong there and will feel much more alive than I have ever felt before. When I come to the end of the road and the sun has set for me, I want no rites in a gloom-filled room. Why cry for a soul set free! Miss me a little, but not too long, and not with your head bowed low. Remember the love that we once shared, miss me but let me go. For this journey we all must take, and each must go alone. It’s all part of the Master plan, a step on the road to home. When you are lonely and sick of heart, go to the friends we know and bury your sorrows in doing good deeds. Miss me, but let me go. Memorial Service will be held for IMMEDIATE FAMILY ONLY at Hall Brothers Corning Mortuary. Immediately following the service we will be gathering at Bartels Burgers @ 11am on Corning Rd for a driving tribute and then on to the celebration of life. Those that did not attend the service but wish to join in the celebration of life can follow Tom and Patti Jones to the location. I ask those that are going to the celebration of life without participating in the driving tribute to have your head lights on and drive with care. Those that wish to participate in the driving tribute I ask that you turn your headlights off but turn your hazard lights on as there may be a few cars and we will be driving slowly and respectfully past the crash site and turning around only at Glenn road to return to town. I ask everyone involved to be respectful of others property and only turn at designated location. On the way back into town I ask that if you slow down past his cross to make it brief. The first vehicle will stop again at Bartels turn off their hazard lights and turn on their headlights. Once the last vehicle arrives at Bartels we will continue on to the celebration ceremony. I will notify Corning PD of our activities in hopes that they will be able to help with traffic control as we want this to be a safe and respectful way to ride one last time with Chad Torres. From Bartels to the celebration ceremony is approximately 42 miles North. Due to the nature of these times I will not post the address to where we will be going. I am a firm believer in let live and let die, I do not want any outside disturbances from any unwelcome parties.
