Obituary Bradley R Nevins, age 60 of Hidden Valley St. passed away Friday, April 24, 2020 at his residence. He was born February 12, 1960 in Monroe County, Iowa to the late Roy R and Frances Lucille Gillette Nevins. He was retired from Kendrion and was a veteran of the United States Marines. He loved guitars, RC cars and building things with his hands. He enjoyed being outdoors and cherished his time spent with his family. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Brett Nevins. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Sharon McIntyre Nevins; daughter, Natalie Clark and husband, Ryan of Raleigh, NC; sister, Crystal Johnston and husband, Chad of Raleigh, NC; grandchildren, Elliott and Cooper Clark and Adalynn Nevins; niece, Courtney Milne; father-in-law and mother-in-law, David and Margaret McIntyre; and his special pet, Ruger. DUE TO THE CURRENT RESTRICTIONS WITH COVID-19, a memorial service to celebrate Brad’s life will announced at a later date to include full military honors. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations to be made in Brad Nevins’ honor to Gaston County Hospice, 258 E. Garrison Blvd. Gastonia, NC 28052.
