Anne M. Erben of Mount Dora, Florida passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2020 at the age of 99 years. She was born in Wilmington, North Carolina. Anne was the former owner of Anne’s Whimsy Shop in Cashiers, North Carolina. She moved to Eustis from Miami, Florida in 1953. She was a member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Eustis, Florida. Anne was also a member of the P.E.O Sisterhood ~ Philanthropic Educational Organization. Anne was predeceased by her husband, Walt in 2001 after 61 years of marriage. She is remembered and will be dearly missed by her daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Gary Blackburn of Sugar Land, Texas; daughter, Mary Anne Ward of Seattle, Washington; grandchildren, Garth Blackburn, Laura Sorenson, Michael Bundy, Phillip Bundy and Laura Guitar; and great-grandchildren, Addie Bundy, Willa Bundy, Hadley Bundy, Addison Blackburn, Bailey Blackburn, Sophia Guitar and Emma Guitar; as well as several nieces and nephews. A memorial ceremony is tentatively scheduled for July at St. Thomas Episcopal Church. Condolences, memories and photos may be shared on the tribute wall.
