Ann’s Obituary Ann Bell Doughty, 72, wife of Ray Doughty and a resident of Belle Haven, VA, passed away Sunday, April 12, 2020, at Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital in Onancock, VA. A native of Belle Haven, she was the daughter of the late James Eual Bell, Jr. and the late Nell Estelle Martin Bell. She was a member of Craddockville United Methodist Church. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Doughty is survived by one son, William Christopher Nottingham and his wife, Audrey, of Franktown, VA; a step-son John R. Doughty, Jr. of Richmond, VA; and two granddaughters, Deanna Nottingham of Franktown and Tracie Nottingham of Cape Charles, VA. Due to the current situation with the COVID- 19 virus, a service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
