Obituary of Albert A. Miskulin AIKEN, SC – Albert A. Miskulin, age 94, entered into rest peacefully at his residence on Friday, April 17, 2020. Mr. Miskulin was born March 29, 1926 in Racine, Wisconsin to the late John and Mary (nèe Drzey) Miskulin. He graduated from Horlick High School in 1944 and served two years in the US Army during WWII. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin at Madison with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He then graduated with a master’s degree in labor management. He married Doris (nèe Smerchek) Miskulin on August 7, 1954. Mr. Miskulin was employed as salesman for Inland Steel Products Company working his way up to Chief Executive Officer upon retirement. Mr. Miskulin was a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and voluntarily did taxes for the elderly for over forty years. He gave guidance and advice to the International Executive Service on how to build manufacturing plants. He was a member of Woodside Plantation Country Club in Aiken, SC where he enjoyed playing golf. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Louis J. Miskulin. He is survived by his beloved wife of sixty-five years, Doris Miskulin. Arrangements will be announced. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in his memory to the charity of one’s choice.
