Wayne’s Obituary Mr. Wayne Randall Cook, age 80 of Franklin, KY, died Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at the Franklin Medical Center. A private family graveside service will be held at Sulphur Spring Cemetery. He was born September 18, 1939 to the late Juston Cook and Anna Belle Berry. He graduated from East Robertson High School in 1957. On November 27, 1958 he was united in marriage to Nancye Jean Hickman in her family home in Franklin. He was a former member of Parkway Baptist Church in Goodlettsville, TN. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Nancye and son, Tim Cook. Survivors include his children – Brad Cook (Pam) of Franklin and Kellee Cook Fletcher (Carroll) of Batesville, Arkansas; four grandchildren- Brandon (Jill) and Juston Cook of Franklin; Jessica Spohr of Batesville, AR and Brad Fletcher of Collierville, TN; 4 great grandchildren, Ryleigh, Makenna and Ben Cook of Franklin and Jackson Spohr of Batesville, AR. He is further survived by one brother, Gary Cook (Carol) of Springfield, TN. The family extends a special thank you to the staff of the Franklin Medical Center and to Harley Adams for all the support and care they have provided to Wayne and his family over the past several years.
