Verba Elaine Horton August 12, 1930 – March 28, 2020 Share this obituary View/Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card HORTON, Verba Elaine – Of Swartz Creek, age 89, died Saturday, March 28, 2020 at McLaren-Flint. Cremation has taken place and a private memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Verba was born in Flint, Michigan on August 12, 1930. She loved spending time with family. Surviving are daughter, Donna Horton-Phipps; son, Randy (Margaret) Horton; brothers, Richard Rothley and Albert Rothley; 5 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister, Janet Jobe. Print Obituary
