Thomas F. Corcoran, 84, of Evansville, passed away Sunday, March 29, 2020 at North Park Nursing Center. He was born March 15, 1936 at Mt. Pleasant, MI to the late Frederick and Ethel (Tuohy) Corcoran. Tom was a chemical engineer at Bristol Myers for over 35 years and retired as Director of Maintenance and Services. Following his retirement, Tom worked in sales at Rural King. He was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church where he served on many boards and led the committee to build the new church. He was a member and past President of the Catholic Education Foundation and St. Vincent’s Day Care Center. He was very active in youth ministry at USI. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Linda L. Corcoran; sons, Christopher (Arielle) Corcoran of Cincinnati, OH, Shawn (Kristin) Corcoran of Grand Rapids, MI, Kevin Corcoran of Evansville, Ryan (Stephanie) Corcoran of Birmingham, AL; daughter, Colleen Corcoran of Lexington, KY; grandchildren, Corey, Zachary, Alex, Isaac, Quinn, and Finley; and a great grandson, Logan Corcoran. In addition to his parents, Tom was preceded in death by his sister, Janet, who was very special to him. Due to the recent pandemic, there will be no visitation.
