Samantha Rose Hiers, 29, of Peshtigo, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 2, 2020. She was born February 19, 1991 in Marinette, residing in this area all of her life. She was a 2010 graduate of Stephenson High School. Samantha married Austin Hiers on December 19, 2013. Samantha was a loving wife and mother, devoting herself to staying home to care for her children. She cherished her family and always placed her children first in her life. Samantha also enjoyed dancing. She is survived by her husband, Austin; son, Kole; daughters, Kambria and Annabella; her mother and dad, Nicole and Jeff; father, Andrew; grandparents, Wes and Paula, John and Jeannette; great-grandma Zabel; brothers, Jeffrey, Jordan, Alex and Justin; sisters, Candice, Jamie and Paige; mother and father-in-law, Patti and Cliff; sister-in-law, London; aunts, Cheree, Jackie and Janine; an uncle, John Eric; great-aunts, Jean Susan and Jane; and other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held at Porterfield Lutheran Church on Tuesday, March 10, 2020, at 4:00 p.m. with Pastor Christina Forsythe officiating. A luncheon and a time of sharing with the family will follow. Hansen-Onion-Martell funeral home is assisting the family.
