Ruby Louise Miller, 90, of Tallahassee, passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2020, at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, after an extended illness. She was born in Eupora, Mississippi, on January 5, 1930, to the late James E. and Gertrude Holland Carroll. Also preceding her in death is her husband, John James Carroll; sister, Bonnie Jean Latham; and brother, James Carroll. She spent her working years as a homemaker and also as a manager for children’s nurseries. Survivors include her daughter, Brenda Williams (husband, Raymond); grandchildren, Richard, Crystal, Cindy and Mary; twelve great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Her final resting place will be beside her late husband in Charleston, South Carolina. She will be deeply missed by all that knew and loved her.
