Roselyn “Rosie”‘s Obituary Roselyn Barbara (Tieman) Lichtsinn, 91, passed peacefully Friday, March 13, 2020. Born in Fort Wayne she was a daughter to the late Albert Tieman and Maria (Braun) Tieman. However, after her father passed when she was six, her mother remarried Harvey Kitson. They then raised the family together. She graduated from Southside High School went on to earn a certificate in Cosmetology but spent most of her life as a homemaker for her family. Rosie was a loving wife and mother. She will be remembered for her baking cooking and preparing the holiday meals for the family gatherings. Till the end she has always been a Chicago Cubs fan and enjoyed quiet time with her crossword puzzles. Roselyn is survived by daughter in law, Sue Lichtsinn; sons, Albert H. (Marcia) Lichtsinn and Paul E. Lichtsinn; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren. Roselyn was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, William Henry Lichtsinn, in 2008; step son, William “Bill” E. Lichtsinn, in 2010; and a great grandson, Steven W. Lichtsinn, in 2019. Preferred memorials are to American Cancer Society. Private services were held for the family. She was entombed at Covington Memorial Gardens. Read More
