Obituary Pauline Carman, 87, of McKinney, KY passed away on Friday, March 27, 2020 at Stanford Health and Rehab Center in Stanford, KY. Born December 19, 1932 in Stanford, KY to the late John Eggart and Minnie Wilson Eggart, she was the widow of the late Reverend Edwin Clay Carman. She was a retired employee of Palm Beach, Inc. where she worked for 36 years. She worked at Kathy’s Kash & Karry in McKinney, and was also a caretaker for the elderly. In addition to her employment, she worked alongside her husband in ministry for many years. She was a member of Geneva Community Church. Survivors include three sons, Timmy Carman (Tammy) of Hustonville, KY, David Carman (Kim), and Mark Carman (Janie) both of Stanford, KY; five grandchildren, Jamie Carman, Justin Carman, Emily Carman, Carrie Ann Carman, and Tracie Carman; eight great-grandchildren, Erin Carman, Tristen Wood, Braydon Carman, Noah Jay Carman, Gatlin Ogden, Ethan Carman, Elijah Beasley, and Emmanuel Beasley; and three great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Louise Coffman, Bernice Walls, and Sarah Peck. A private funeral service has been scheduled for Sunday, March 29, 2020 at Spurlin Funeral Home Chapel, Stanford. This is for immediate family only. Service will be livestreamed on Spurlin Funeral Home’s Facebook page for public viewing. Burial will follow at Calvary Ridge Cemetery in Casey County, KY. The family wishes to recognize special family and friends as honorary pallbearers; Justin Carman, Jamie Carman, Ethan Carman, Emmanuel Beasley, Johnny King, Elisha Beasley, Julie & David Milburn, Kathy & Tim Tillett, Mazie Long, Louise Barrett, Joann Smith, Eva Walls, Tonya Meeks, Mae Azbil, and Debbie Short.
