Patricia “Patti” A. Fox, 66, of Somonauk, IL passed away Monday March 2, 2020 at her home in Somonauk, IL, surrounded by her loving family. She was born May 22, 1953 in Sandwich, the daughter of Warren and Ula (Wright) Greenwood. She married Chuck A. Fox on August 14, 1976 in Sandwich, IL. She was a member of The Federated Church in Sandwich. Patti worked for the Sandwich Post Office as a rural carrier for many years. She loved antiques, boating, relaxing on the beach, and attending the Sandwich Fair every year. Most of all she loved spending time with her family. She is survived by her children; Ashley (Travis) McNurlan of Somonauk, IL, Lindsay Fox of Somonauk, IL, and Jordan (Megan) Fox of Chandler, AZ, five grandchildren; Garrett, Emily, Ava, Conor, and Presley, her father-in-law; Laverne (Ann) Fox of Sandwich, IL, mother-in-law; Sara Taylor of Sandwich, IL, three siblings; Cindy Albright of Somonauk, IL, Chris Williams of Sandwich, IL, Colette (Frank) Kurtz of Somonauk, IL, a very special Uncle; Ron, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, uncle, brother-in-law, and sisters-in-law. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Chuck Fox. Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 6, 2020 at The Federated Church in Sandwich, with Reverend Terry Jensen officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 5, 2020 at Turner-Eighner Funeral Home in Somonauk.
