Pamela’s Obituary Pamela “Pam” Tipton, 66 of St. Paris passed way Saturday, March 14, 2020 at the James Cancer Research Center. Pam was born June 1, 1953 in Dayton to Dillard and Gladys (Abston) Moore. On June 11, 1994 in Vandalia she married Jeffrey Daniel Tipton. Pam enjoyed traveling, boating, going to concerts and listening to Christian music. She also enjoyed the companionship of her dogs, and really enjoyed life itself. Pam loved her family, her friends and doing the things she enjoyed with them all. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Pam is survived by her husband, Jeff D. Tipton; children, Abigail Tipton, Landon Tipton and Adilynn Tipton; mother, Gladys Moore of Centerville, OH; brothers, Steve (Pam) Moore of Springfield, OH, John (Cathy) Moore of Kettering, OH, Greg Moore of Kettering, OH and Jeff (Vicki) Moore of Centerville, OH; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Pam is preceded in death by her daughter, Amber; father, Dillard Moore. A public Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made directly to Jeff Tipton. The funds will be used to plan a concert in Pam’s honor. Read More
