Marjorie Day, 85, of Evansville, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at her home. She was born February 7, 1935 in Evansville, IN, to the late Henry and Ann (Stuteville) Evans. Marjorie attended Holy Rosary Catholic Church. She was a member of the Riverbend Association. Marjorie was a talented artist. Marjorie is survived by her children, Karen Karns and Danielle Day, both of Evansville, William H. (Trang) Day of Temple City, CA, Aaron Jason (Debbie) Day of Boonville, Jon-Michael (Beth) Day and Sarina Will, both of Evansville; grandchildren, Jason Michael Karns, Janelle Marie Stevens, Crystal Hallenbeck, Adam Day, Jennifer Day, Andrea Batson, Matthew Day, Brandy Day, Devin Burke, Dr. Dracina Wood and Zachary Will; 26 great grandchildren; and 2 great great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, William E. Day. Due to the current pandemic, there will be a private family visitation Friday, March 27, 2020 at Ziemer Funeral Home East Chapel. There will be a private graveside funeral service on Saturday, March 28, 2020 at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to ASPCA, Gift Processing Center, P.O.
