James’ Obituary Joseph D. Bessent, Sr., age 75, passed away Friday, March 20, 2020 at his residence surrounded by his family after a long illness. A memorial service will be held at a later date due to the family’s wishes and the health and safety of everyone who would want to attend. A complete obituary will be available by Monday and service information will be included when available.
