Ida Dell Moffett, age 75, of Carneys Point, NJ passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2020. The daughter of Meyer and Audrey (Mosley) Siegal, Ida was a true “service brat.” She was born in San Marcos, TX and followed her father’s military career to Germany, England, Turkey and ultimately San Bernardino, CA, where she spent her last year of and graduated from Pacific High School. For 21 years, she worked as a librarian’s assistant at AstraZeneca in Wilmington, DE from which she retired in 2006. A loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister, she was extremely devoted to her family and her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren meant everything to her. Ida is survived by her mother Audrey Gurley of Tucson, AZ; her loving husband of 51 years Paul Moffett; her children Bonnie Ann Murphy and her husband Edward of Charlotte, NC and Robert Paul Moffett and his wife Wendy of Cary, NC; her grandchildren Paul Michael Moffett (Michael), Linzy Ann Green (Lance Haymaker), Garrett Paul Moffett and Mason Robert Moffett; her great grandchildren Colbie. Jonathan and Rylee Ann; her siblings Judy Bennett, Kathy Robello (Karl) and Michael Siegal, all of Tucson, AZ; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her father, she is predeceased by her brothers Robert L., Sheldon and Gary Siegal. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
