Obituary Hershel Dean Mayberry, 67, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 29, 2020 at his home. He was born July 1, 1952, to W.L. “Red” and Hazel Mayberry. Hershel was happiest spending time with his family, friends, and deer hunting. He retired from the Hot Springs City Sewer Department. We are so blessed to have been a part of Hershel’s life. Hershel was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Peggy Mayberry of Hot Springs, AR. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Wanda Kay Mayberry of Hot Springs; son, John Mayberry (Kimberly); grandson, Kobe Dean Mayberry of Walnut Ridge; daughter, Brandi Lindsey; brother, Frank Mayberry (Janet) of Hot Springs; one aunt; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at Mt. Valley Cemetery with graveside services beginning at 2:00 p.m. with Kenneth “Pete” Ward officiating. Pallbearers include Eddie Mayberry, James Mayberry, Tony Burks, Larry Pitts, John Ward, and Frank Mayberry.
