Penny Sun Valley Mall for over 20 years. She was an active member of Concord Senior Center, TOPS, Banjo Club, Crossroads Covenant Church. She enjoyed listening to Elvis, sewing, entertaining family and friends, traveling and her favorite colors were lavender and purple. She was preceded in death by her husband Arthur E. Hall and her son David Hall. Flo is survived by her son Steven Hall and sister Susan Phillipi. Funeral Services will be held a 11 a.m. Saturday Crossroads Covennant Church, 5353 Concord Blvd, Concord, CA 94521. Open casket viewing will be from 10 a.m. until 10:45 at the church prior to services. Burial services will be held 11 a.m. Monday March 16th at Memory Gardens Cemetery, 2011 Arnold Industrial Way, Concord.
