He is survived by his parents, Curtis E. Jr and Janet Childress; daughters, Madison Conklan and Jalyn Childress; brother, Curtis Childress III (Katina); mother of his girls, Tabitha Wilson; and many other family members and friends. Private family graveside services will be held.
