Clara’s Obituary Clara Bell Watson, 88, of Parkersburg, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 25, 2020. She was born August 1, 1931, in Jackson County, WV, a daughter of the late Charles E. and Hattie Snyder Harmon. Clara was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening, sewing, cooking, crocheting and flowers. She attended Broadway Church of The Nazarene. She is survived by her two sons, Ivan L. Watson Jr (Kimberly) of Elizabeth, WV and Charles D. Watson (Tammy) of Parkersburg; grandchildren, Wendy Dunbar (Rick), Daniel Watson, Joshua Watson and Stacy Watson; sister in-law, Nellie Seese; and several great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Clara was preceded in death by her husband, Ivan L. Watson Sr; infant daughter, Ellen Jane Watson; sister, Gladys Harmon; brothers, Ernest “Cliff” Harmon and Darrell Harmon; and her step-mother, Gladys L. Harmon. Graveside service will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, March 28, 2020 at K of P Cemetery in Elizabeth, WV with Pastor Carl Radcliff officiating. Visitation will be from 4-8 pm on Friday at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St, south Parkersburg. Read More
