Carol Janette’s Obituary CHILHOWIE, VA Carol Janette Haynes age 43, passed away on Wednesday March 25, 2020 at her home in Chilhowie, VA. Carol was born in Hartford County, MD on October 12, 1976. She is preceded in death by her father William “Benny” Cochran. She enjoyed fishing and camping. Her greatest passion and love in life was her animals. She is survived by her mother Betty Dalton; siblings Robert Cochran, Virginia “Tina” Pritt, and Joseph Cochran; stepfather Bill Owens; several aunts, uncles, and other loving family and friends, and all of her loving animals.
