Carol Hart, 82, of Earlville, IL passed away Sunday, March 15, 2020 at St. Alexis Hospital in Bismarck, ND. She was born August 6, 1937 in Aurora, IL, the daughter of Merle and Ellen Gilbert. She married John Hart on May 16, 1955 in Aurora, IL. Carol was member of the Earlville United Presbyterian Church. She was a pizza maker at Casey’s in Earlville for 16 years. Carol looked forward to the annual garage sales in every town and shopping. She enjoyed visiting Amish shops. Traveling to see new places was always a fun adventure. Carol loved spending time with her friends and family. She is survived by her three children, John (Carrie) Hart, Jr. of Beulah, ND, Jody Hart of Earlville, IL, and June (Doug Morris) Ferguson of Sandwich, IL; four grandchildren, Corey (Kellie) Ferguson, Myrna Marie (Tim King), Chris Ferguson, Tara (Brendon) Marshall; thirteen great grandchildren; one brother, Jerry (Karrie) Gilbert of Metropolis, IL; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one daughter, Jean Ann Cook, and her son-in-law, Dennis Cook. Private Funeral Services will be to honor Carol.
